Word from AceyBongos is that there will not be an XBLA game tomorrow. However, based on the release issued today announcing the 10 titles, it was stressed that other content (such as add-ons) could be released in place of a game. Game releases will resume in February (presumably 2/7) starting with the 10 titles that were announced today.
