Alright I currently am in the market for a new TV and I wanted to get some other peoples opinions before I buy. I currently have a 42" Sony 3lcd projection 720p TV and the lamps are going in it, I have a red bar at the top of the screen and a green bar at the bottom.

So with that said I am looking to use some tax refund money to buy a replacement. The features I am looking for are Lcd flat-panel, 1080p, 46" plus but I really would like a 52". My budget is around $1000, but I can squeak out 2-300 more if needed and I beg ;)

Right now I am either looking at a 46" Toshiba Regaza, a 46" Vizio but I really want a 52" sharp Aquos I have my eye on.

What do you guys think? Should I go with one of those tv's or a different route? I am looking to be able to just go buy a set at a store, I dont want to go the online route unless it is a killer deal. So anyway thanks for any help I really appreciate it.

Yeah I have my eye on a 52" Sharp Aquos @ sam's club for $1297. I just have never owned a Sharp and dont know if I trust them with all of that price fixing lawsuit stuff they have going. So if anyone has a Sharp, how do you like it?

Aquos are extremely nice TV's. My friend has a 42'' and another that is around 60''. The picture is amazing on both and they seem to have a fast response. I say pull the trigger on it.
