To all Basketball fans (or at least those who are entertained on basketball by television), we all have been impatiently waiting and hoping for the new N.B.A league of 2009. Now that the National Basketball League has finally started. since everyone has viewed the Off-Season statistics (trades, contract renegotiation, etc), which team(s) will dominate the league this year? Which team will be in the All-Time High and/or the "All Time Low"?
