I've read a lot of rumors lately pointing to the fact that Microsoft is planning on releasing RareWare's "GoldenEye 007" Will be seeing the Xbox Live Arcade sometime in the near furture. Now, the rumor has simply been confirmed by "reliable sources", but the new title will feature updated graphics, and of course an all-new Xbox Live multiplayer. I played this game forever on the N64, here's hoping MS brings it back!

Alright everyone, it may not be time to celebrate quite yet. I've just read that Nintendo seems to have halted Microsoft from porting GoldenEye, not wanting to share the profits with their competitor. Stupid? Incredibly so, since it would probably be the fastest selling XBLA game ever. Here's a link to a petition to bet this game on XBL: 007 Petition
