My tag no longer shows on my state's Leaderboard

I'm not sure where to post this. I couldn't find a Support forum, nor a Contact Us link anywhere. Feel free to move it to wherever may be appropriate!

Anyways, my Gamertag used to be ShangriLa Rain (which is my XBoxAmerica.com account name).

Well, I changed my GT to Hubsch 2016. I changed all the info in my User CP to reflect that (despite my account name still staying ShangriLa Rain).

I just went to check my leaderboard because I thought I would now be in the top 25 of my state (Massachusetts) with my Gamerscore of 57055.

I saw that the 325 guy had 57007 and figured, "Oh, well it must not have updated from yesterday yet" and clicked to page two. But I'm not on there anymore either!

How do I get back on?

You will have to wait until the automatic processes that make the leaderbaord work update your gamertag. It could be any where from any minute now to 48 hours before your gamertag will be updated.

If that's the case, then the last time your gamertag was updated the connection to Xbox.com timed out. In any scenario, you're going to have to wait up to 48 hours for the next refresh.

I gave up on the Texas leaderboards... I think I'm something like #140 lol. I used to be waay higher ranked when I had lower gamerscore but damn Texans keep registering on these boards -.-

I use to be on the Cali leaderboard but I just checked and no longer there. Kind of a bummer considering it was my sig

well it has been four days and still no spot on the cali leaderboard. any help on getting back up there would be appreciated

Please take a look at this announcement.

I guarantee it will be corrected in under a week. In fact, a preliminary fix is up and running but can't be put into effect until a little more than five days. Thank you for your patience.

Your profile shows you as 398th in California and 5,945th in North America.

I was able to find you right on the leaderboards too. At the moment you're on page 16 of the California leaderboard.
