What kind of music do you all like? Lately I've really been getting into motown like Marvin Gaye. Besides that I like music that can make you dance, or 'groove' like alot of disco. I don't mind some rap such as Kanye West, or The Streets. Then I like most alternative and light rock music. I listen to alot of Coldplay, Bloc Party, and The Killers.

Pretty much all kinds of rock. If it involves a guitar and drums, I'll usually listen to it.

Eww, mainstream and rap...
I am a metalhead, like no other.
I love hardcore stuff too. And dont mistake that for emo. People call me emo for listening to that...the word is way too overused, and most people named it are not. Stop categorizing!
Anyways, bands: Atreyu, As I Lay Dying, Winter Solstice, Bullet for my Valentine, Underoath, Avenged Sevenfold, Bleeding Though, Between the Buried and Me, the Bled, and Haste the Day AND MANY MANY MORE!
If you want to check any of those out, go to www.purevolume.com/atreyu or whatever the band name is after the /
I also love 311. They arent near hardcore, but a nice mixture of good o' rock and regae. Sublime 4 life!

Atreyu will be at ozzfest, and rumor is that the mystery band is A7X. Oh, and I have tix to ozzfest since I love that type of music... I will be going to the colombus show, mainly to see SOAD, but also to see Disturbed (who are awesome live) and Hatebreed and all the other groups who will be there. Rock!

Lately I've been getting into music like John Mellencamp. It's rock but I don't know how you'd classify it within rock. Classic?

I've been going Old School 70s folk rock a lot. John Denver, Simon and Garfunkle, Jim Croce, Crosby Stills and Nash, Cat Stevens, etc...
