I don't have an xbox 360. I'm still trying to save up money for as new one, which will take a while. I wish someone would just up and buy me one, but that doesnt happen. And i don't expect it to happen.

I have one and it is freakin sweet. I now have plenty of memory and no longer have to worry about it I even installed a couple of games to my hardrive. It runs quiter than my original pro system and even my halo 3 system. I beleive they all came with a jasper as well. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Yeah, i'll take advantage of Games on Demand if the prices are reasonable. And defianately install them on my harddrive casue i know that i am never going to fill up the 250gb. Even if i install almost 10 games

Well 10 games would only be about 70gb...

I was not able to transfer my data. The software doesn't recognize the hard drive. After some searching, many people say you can't transfer. Partly because if you have already transferred your data from a 20 to 120, the data is no longer able to be moved via the transfer kit because it has been marked somehow that it belongs to that hard drive, can't remember exactly how it was worded. So pretty much the only way to do it is by using a memory card and moving everything manually, which is what I had to do.
