What is new is that MS is handing out Console Bans for using it. And yes I double checked and that is what they are saying. Not suspensions but Bans!!!
I'm not taking sides on the issue, but it does seem pretty harsh to me.

I had a game where I killed a guy from a fairly good distance and the javelin shot straight at me and killed me... Make sure to file a complaint for cheating. I am pretty sure that they need to patch it up asap

Find a way to overcome? Well I would like to see you do that with this glitch. THis ruins online when people use it, more then half the time that person using it dosent even come out positive.

to me its more annoying then anything, the only problem that i have with it is that it ruins my killstreaks, so i cant call out any rewards. but like you said, most guys come out negative anyway so it doesnt really affect me that much.
