i just called they said there putting me on Emergency shipment i should get the box on Thursday and ill send it Friday they said it will be like 15 - 20 days

Actually shipping to Microsoft is 3-4 weeks regardless, so they're just pulling your chain when they say "Emergency shipping"
Yes the shipping box gets to you quickly and you just send it back, but they also give you a month card to replace the time lost.

im so glad mine hasnt done this yet.
and iv had mine since they first came out.
i guess i was just lucky.
but i still extend the insurance evrty time before it ends

that sucks man...and I feel your pain. I'm on xbox number 3.
I bought the extended warranty at best buy though, so I just take it back to them, and get a new console the same day. No waiting, no fuss. Just a couple of extra bucks to cover it. Its worth it in my book!
