Whatever you get you also have to bear in mind that technology goes pretty obselete within a few years because of new technology that continues to come out, so whatever you get, invest your money and make sure it will last you some years.

mine is about the same. 220 gigs of memory. i got mine from circuit city for a little over $1000. but thats because i purchased a 2 year accident coverage plan for it. it is great for surfing the internet, and school work. but it also does work nicely when i went to plan some mmorpg's. so it all works out for me.
