'Inside the Nexus' to debut...

Several of you have been asking for it for a while, so we went ahead and did it. The first episode of the XboxAmerica Podcast (entitled Inside the Nexus) was recorded a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, some technical problems we were unable to overcome have left the audio quality poor in some aspects (bad mic for me and background noise halfway through).

The style for Inside the Nexus will be a round table discussion loosely based on "The Sports Reporters" as seen on ESPN. We will take a current events topic and focus on it for the majority of the show after covering XbA and Xbox news and notes. In addition, we plan to have a guest(s) on every episode, including some XbA members.

Your XbA Podcast team is ukfan1444 (Audio Engineer, Commentator), Hockeypuck55 (Analyst) and zoboa (Host).

Despite the Audio issues, Pasta will be posting it on XboxAmerica for download very shortly. Look for more Podcasts coming in the near future....

Not this recording, the audio isnt good enough for that. If all goes well with the next one, it will be out there.

Crap, through all the technical mess I forgot to edit out the blown opening. Oh well, guess we'll just have to better this week.

I enjoy how laid back and how they mess with each other a bit. It's funny, at the same time gives a lot of info, even though it was recorded in October (or so I hear).

LOL Yeah, we had some techincal difficulties trying to clean up the audio.

sweet! I am just about to go listen to it.

EDIT: if any of you listen to the videogameoutsiders.com they do A cool thing on there show called the 10 second spot light(which is normally like 2 minutes long), were they get to talk about what games they are playing and what they have been doing that week. That sounds like a fun thing to do with XBA. Thoughts??
