Ok, now that I have your attention

I have two xbox360 - we mainly use the elite downstairs on the big TV...however now that every member of my family has a gamertag on live we need to split up the use more (because I'm tired of waiting 5 hours to play a game because my wife and son are playing Viva Pinata)

However, when I go use the other 360 I have to freaking recover my gamertag everytime..... and it takes forever!!! (ok like 10-15 minutes but still)

Anyone know a way that I can move my gamertag back and forth with less difficulty? Memory card perhaps? Or am I the only person with this problem?

Any help at all would be appreciated.

ya...a memory card works..thats what i have to do whenever i go to my friends houses...rather than recovering it.

yea i bought a memory card as soon as i got my 360 and people asked me why when i've got a hard drive but it's great for backing up saves on those annoyingly hard points in games just in case of erasure...

Memory cards are the way to go to move all that data I think amazon has a deal on them

Yea, I picked up a 64MB memory card for like seven bucks at K-Mart; one of the best purchases I have made, especially since recovering my gamertag, for whatever reason, took about an hour at my friend's house one time. Not fun :growl:

yeah kmart here had them clearanced for like 3 bux for a 64mb one, the 512mb one is like 50 bux!!! who wants that????????? that's so much money for half a gig

Yea, you know who: Fat Bastard, on one of the few times I went to his house. Now I just use it to go back and forth between me and my uncle's xbox, lol.

A memory card will do for just your gamertag, but for game saves you might want his & hers hard drives
