yea i knw its total BS.
he ended up going to court and the judge gave the cop a fine and suspended him for doing that.
the only thing they couldn't fix was that the cop ripped his permit and he cant get a new one. he has to wait until he is 18, but he can immediately get his license, he only has to take his drivers test and thats it.
and if u read the drivers manual it sais your supposed to count to 4.....but who in the hell counts to 4.

I dont hardly ever come to a complete stop, unless I see a copy, than i stop look and go.
When I come to a stop I usually do a "california stop" where you aaaallllmmmmooooosssstttt stop, and than you go when you see it's clear. I even did that in front of a cop and he didnt pull me, I just so happened to look in my rear veiw mirror to see him and was like "holy crop...please dont be a dick and pull me"...lol, and he wasn't.
