Alright, the small slot is a PCI-e x1 slot. Normally its actually never used; a few gigabit networking cards use the slot, but not much other than that.
What is the model of your computer? From your pic I am having a hard time telling whether or not your top slot is an AGP slot, or a PCI-e x16 slot. That card requires a PCI-e x16 slot (commonly referred to as simply PCI-e). If you give me the exact make and model of your computer, I can look up exactly what you have in it and tell you. If that is an AGP slot, though, that card you linked to will not fit.

Yes, that card should fit in your system; that slot is a PCI-e x16 slot, not an AGP slot, so you should be good to go.
