the aliens basically formed an aliance with the grunt species and the elite species and the hunter ect... all from different plants in the same galaxy. they attacked us i guess and we got into a war. the thing we saw at then end looks like a planet but it was most likely created, by the aleins not by space.
there could be a pre-halo game, before the first halo and maybe a halo on that halo like planet.
