look this is a fake video he modded a halo 3 disc jap probally renamed repiced and repointed the achievements its simple but time consuming most are probally based on achievements announced but its the work of a hardcore modded

His name is matty and he's only 16 yrs old. Some how he was able to trick his 360 into believing he owns the game or some shit like that. He also unlocked an acieve that only very few people at Microsoft have that was for the NXE Beta. Needless to say he has been Banned from Xbox Live. Total banned not just console. He has been making rounds on most of the Xbox web sites. I'm surprised he hasn't been on here. I think he's from the UK, but not sure on that. I was on a web site with him yesterday until he got Kicked off and banned from it too. He says that MS is out to get him and are asking web Administrators to ban him. So far from over a dozen sites.
So basically this dillrod has figured out how to get achieve's with out ever having the game disc. He has also threatened MS by saying he will show other people how to do it. He also claims that the achievements them self are not copyrighted material and that MS has no legal grounds to stand on. I bet MS just love this shit, especially with the new games in-demand getting ready to come out.
What do you guy's think about this. Some people are saying he's cool for being able to do this, but to me he seems like the ultament game saver and deserves to be Banned if not Prosecuted.
