No not all of them are cheaper used. According to the website wheelman is 19.99new 34.99used. Some games it does apply for though like star wars and brothers in arms.

Well I just picked up Bionic Commando, Wheelman, Shaun White, Trivial Pursuit and Baja EOC and told them to put them on your tab Sniper, but they said they didn't know who you were 
so I ended up paying for them anyway

like the past few SvR games but the last achievement is to get 5 ppl in the hall of fame which does suck. i need to pick it up again to finish the story mode
