For the first time, Gamefly is now selling Pre-played Xbox 360 games. There is some decent pricing, with a couple around $30. These all are launch titles, but keep an eye on them. As the newer games become available, they will clear out the excess inventory on the launch titles, which could lead to some bargains.

they have been selling them if you were a renter all you have to do is click keep it but yeah you can buy now even if your not a renter
