You can now rate games in the Game Library. There are 5 ohios. If you put your cursor over one, they will light up green. The green ones are selected. So if you put your cursor over the 3rd one, the first 3 ohios will light up green. Then click and it will process your rating. Anyone may rate games including guests.

There is still a review system that has yet to be implemented and is in the works.
