I am mainly looking forward to another campaign to run-through in co-op and then hop into some fun Versus matches.

I would buy it if it was just Gears 1.5 with a new campaign & maps, as long as all the new stuff doesn't change too much what Gears is (and i doubt it will) 2 is going to be a freaking awesome game.

I see what your saying, but I think some of the new features might tip it over.

Like:
The flamethrower, 5 v 5 (well maybe not this one so much), poisen grenades, smoke grenades that give off a small concussion blast, being able to stick all 3 types of grenades to walls like a proximity mine (takes camping to a whole new level), and the two i'm most worried about: STOPPING POWER (if someone is shooting at you with the lancer, you slowly lose speed cause them to put more lead into you), and if you go down with a grenade in hand you can blow it up (just imagine everyone running around with a grenade, trying to get quick kills when they dies).

Well maybe I'm overexaggerating, but I hope they do these features right.
