Not the biggest scoop in the world, but the ESRB just recently rated Frogger 2 for the Xbox 360, so it would be logical to assume it is coming to the Xbox Live Arcade service. No word on if it is the Dreamcast's/PC/GBC/PS1 version (Frogger II: Swampy's Revenge). Should be hearing something in the next month would be my guess, although there are at least a half-dozen arcade titles that have been rated, yet not released yet.
