I think the LE version comes with a VIP membership which gives you an advantage in the Forza 3 in-game storefront (Makes it easier to sell your stuff) gives you some exclusive cars. Oh yeah you get a free keychain too!

You might want to just gamefly or rent this game, I bet you could beat it in a week, its way easier than forza 2 and the achievements are also way easier.
