Well, apparently when that douchebag lawyer decided to file suit against Microsoft for over $5 million for the issues with Live (he is claiming breach of contract), it has caused a blackout of information on the status of Live. Next-Gen is reporting that due to the lawsuit, Microsoft will be unable to provide any updates. So no more Major Nelson Twitter updates, Podcast updates or anything at all.
