Does any one know if they actually fixed everything??? I redownloaded it but I am afraid to play it. I am already haing some issues with my xbox and I don't think that I need to add one more to it! Any help would be freaking awesome. Word.

this royally sucks, but apparently, if you were one of the people to DL the content while it was bugged, you were able to call MS and get a full refund, and then DL it again when it was fixed for free. i don't mind giving bethesda my been had money, but i still hate that i missed out on some free DLC lol. i read this on xbox.com by the way.

Aww, that's too bad. That's what they get for setting it in post-apocalyptic Pittsburgh. That town's a shithole in real life. I imagine it doesn't look that different in the game. As long as Heinz Field and the Steelers are gone it'll be an improvement.
