Fallout: The Pitt, Now Available

The 2nd DLC for Fallout is now available for download for 800MS.

"The Pitt allows you to travel to the post-apocalyptic remains of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and become embroiled in a conflict between slaves and their Raider masters. Explore a sprawling settlement ravaged by time, neglect, nuclear radiation, and moral degradation."

The download is 492.21MB

The DLC comes with 4 new achievements, totaling 100 points.

Into the Pitt - 20
Completed "Into the Pitt"

Unsafe Working Conditions - 20
Completed "Unsafe Working Conditions"

Free Labor - 40
Completed "Free Labor"

Mill Worker - 20
Found all 100 Steel Ingots

To access The Pitt tune in to the Werhner distress signal on your Pip-Boy's radio feature. Then head to the North Central area of the wasteland.

The game will freeze upon entering downtown making it impossible to continue playing. At this moment in time, the DLC is impossible to beat, or even get 1 achievement in.

C'mon Bethesda.... I expect better from you.

In addition to the game-ending Downtown bug there are several other glitches I've noticed in the very first part of The Pitt.

Yup, this is really pissing me off. I've been waiting for this damn dlc to come out just for it to end up being unplayable. Bethesda really dropped the ball on this one. They better fix this really soon. I got up to where I was about to enter downtown when I also encountered the glitch. To which I then turned to the internet to find out that everyone else is having the same exact problem. Grrrrr....... this pisses me off. All I have wanted to do is play this dlc, and now that I have it..... I can't.

This makes me a sad panda.

We are currently working with Microsoft to remove the existing file off of Live to prevent any further downloads. Our plan is to replace it with a new file as soon as possible.
