The 11 that OXM gives out was becuase of Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. OXM gave it a 10 back when 10 was the highest you could give a game. Lets just say a lot of people bitched.
The very next issue they made a huge article about how Splinter Cell was not perfect. They went on to say that no game is perfect which is why they upped their rating system to 11, the "Unicorn", and dubbed it impossible for any game to achieve the "Unicorn" rating.
Ever since then they've been throwing out 10s left and right.

I almost never preorder games, but I just preordered Fallout 3 and Gears of War 2. I haven't been gaming much, but I'm excited for these two games.

Call me crazy. But for some reason this game just doesn't interest me. I might rent it at some point down the road. But for now, I'm not interested.

Two more days.... then the finest rpg to grace the 360 system will be released!! This should give me just enough time to finish up Fable 2, because once Fallout is released Fable 2 will be collecting much dust.
