This is my first blog, and I just wanted to express my feelings of last night.
I stayed over at oneshot's house last night, and we played the Endless Setlist on Rock Band's Band World Tour. If anyone doesn't know what that is, The Endless Setlist is a thing in Rock Band where you play all 58 songs in one play-through, without stopping (you can pause the game, but you have to do it in one sitting).
The estimated time of the Endless Setlist is 5 hours ( ), and that's just about how long it took us. It was just under 5 hours. We switched off playing Guitar and Bass every 10 songs, except for the end where I guess we kind of forgot about it. We didn't really have much trouble, except for a few parts on Train Kept a Rollin' and Green Grass, but we had star power for the later. And it was funny near the end of the set, we were trying to figure out what songs where left, and there was just one that we couldn't remember. So after 55 of 58 songs completed, we had Run to the Hills, Won't Get Fooled Again, and ... the mystery song. So we play the 56th song, and it's I Get By (WTF???!??!??!?!?). That song is so terrible we kind of just forgot about it. If you have played Rock Band's bonus songs you'll know what I mean.
So after 5 hours or so, we finish up and get our whopping 55 points. I don't know why the Hall of Fame induction is 100, when that is an 8 song set, and the Endless Setlist is a 58 song set.
So that's about it. Then afterward we played Vegas for about 5 more hours
