Well I loved Secret of Monkey Island, I have to replay it to get it under 3 hours and all the insults and hold breathe for 10 minutes underwater...Keep up with what you got, and use a walkthrough and the game is cake!
I just did the Wallace and Gromit game which is 800 points, but it is a rather easy 200 points...I would have finished it this morning but it glitched after I had to use the lullaby record to make all the bees go to sleep...(Can anyone give me some pointers?!)
Other then that...hmmm let me think...Sealife Safari is an easy 200 as well, I think that was my very first Arcade Completion...Right now my mind is going a blank for anything else, so I hope this helps you out.

Well this isn't an arcade game but NBA 2k6 is super easy to get a full 1000 in about 40 min to an hour

Some of the games I was going to mention have already been said by other people. But one of the easiest arcade games is 3 on 3 NHL arcade. It is 800 microsoft points, but it takes about 30 minutes or so to get the full 200. It is also a pretty fun game.
Note though that you will have to have 3 controllers (or guitars) to make one of the online achievements easier.

That sucks. It's a fun and easy game too. Maybe borrow a controller from someone if possible?

i finally got it today, i went to a friends house who solely plays racing games and has two wheels for forza 2 and racepro but they worked just fine

Pac-Man, Galaga, and New Rally-X are all easy 150+ gamerscore. Some may even be able to 200 them, with a bit of skill and luck.
