You have to go through the game and complete all of the case files and be on the roof by noon on the 3rd day.

yea you dont need to finish the case files but doing the one with with adam the clown and saving the guy so you can get the shortcut from the one place to the other through the womens bathroom. itll make life easier during infinity mode
