While visiting Xbox360A on the front page news i saw there was UNCONFIRMED footage of Dead Rising 2.

So what do you think, a hoax, viral, or the real deal?

That looks pretty real to me. Looks like a Dead Rising commercial, and a trailer that Capcom would make. I thought the first Dead Rising was really fun, so hopefully this one will be too. Regardless of whether of not this IS a trailer for it.
