It is 11:35 a.m. right now. Computers will auto adjust IF you have that clciked in Windows.
Double click on the clock in the bottom right, choose the "Tie Zone" tab, and look for the little box at the bottom to be checked "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time changes"
EIDT: Looks like the site (at least for the fowums) has the correct time.
