I mistakingly bought this game. I hadnt played the Ghost Recon games since Ghost Recon 2. I even traded in 3 games to get it (because I'm a cheap ass).

Singleplayer was great. I thought it was so easy, until I didnt play for a week or so. Then I tried playing again and couldnt beat it, and it was just crap. The AI was actually pretty good, and they helped (once in a while). Multiplayer was fun for a while, until spawn camping was again founded, and the anger of shooting a guy up with a clip and he killed you was highered.

I wouldnt suggest this game. I would go for BF2:MC, thats where it's at!

I haven't played Battlefield 2 but I love GR:AW. The single player is great. If you are having trouble beating it, try the cheats. I beat it on normal first without any, but then played it on hard with them. It was a blast both times. The first time took alot longer, but it wasn't so hard that I got too frusterated to play. The second time with the Scott Mitchell invincible code I could just run out and shoot without a care in the world.

I may be mistaken, but I think you can change the spawn to random in multi-player so campers become obsolete. You may want to check the game settings......
