Kung Fu Panda, The Bourne Conspiracy, TMNT, Fight Night Round 3, Disney Bolt, and Spiderman: FoF.
There are several out there. Do a little research on the difficulty of the achievements before renting or buying a game and you shouldn't have any trouble.

king kong, any lego game except bionicle it takes forever otherwise its an ok waffle, cars games, all the madden games, nba 2k6, TMNT, Jumper, Jericho, Sonic's UGC, Viva Pinata Party Animals, The Bourne Conspiracy, Kung Fu Panda. There are many more but there is a good start for you
