Who here plans on getting this game for the 360? I know I played alot of these games for the PC expecially RED ALERT. Any news when it will be out?

I think that EA really did a good job with the controls for LOTR. I normally prefer them on the pc as well, but I did not find a problem with the controls for LOTR, so if C&C hopefully keeps the same, or similar layout, I will definitley be picking it up.

Yea I enjoyed the PC versions also. It seems though the PC C&C games are getting more and more graphically intense and poor old me can't afford to update my GPU every year to play the latest and greatest games. So, with that in mind I'll probably get the 360 version if the controls are setup good.

Yea, I hear you. I didn't really think about that, because the last PC game I bought was probably the last Command & Conquer: Generals, Zero Hour. That ran fine on this machine, but I don't know that the next C&C will. I might consider buying it for 360 then, but it would take a ton of getting used to the controls.

I would like to see more Real Time Strategy games for consoles. I have an old Pentium 3 and I can't run C&C: Generals. I think with the lack of RTS games on the consoles a solid one could bring more of the genre to the consoles.

I got the demo and got bored with it pretty quickly. I think these types of games are suited better for PC's due to the length of time involved.

I am playing the demo allot! And am loving this game, the controls could not be any better for a xbox RTS! I am definitely getting this game May 10th

I played the campaign missions and the tutorial on the demo. I didn't try matching up with anyone though. I think I'm going to end up investing in a copy of Windows and the PC version of this game. After all, I won't be using Windows exclusively for this game. I think I can justify buying it.

Tomorrow it's released. I still haven't made up my mind. I'm going to hold off getting this until I decide whether to but Windows or not.

I got this game yesterday(may 9th) and I am really enjoying it! I just can't believe how good they made the controls using a xbox controller, it plays awesome and if you are not totally a hard core player I think you would enjoy the xbox 360 version allot.
