For those of you not aware of it yet, there's an Easter egg in Highrise that enables you to get on top of a building.
You can climb the yellow rail of the construction thing, and you end up on top of the building. There, you'll find a teddy bear, and a great sniper point. Oh, and "literally" some real easter eggs I believe.
