they(infinity ward) kinda broke out of the ww2 shell, which is good...it was time for a change IMO. with gow series and halo series who would really want to go back to single fire weapons and the same ol' story line repackaged..they saw the $$$ wasn't gonna be there with the younger generation. And tryarch still hasnt shifted over. But they added the website where u can check your stats which i thought was pretty cool.

I think it's good that they changed the name. The game's a sequel to a Call of Duty game. I don't think it would sell as much if they hadn't changed the name.
