tbh i was thinkin more like get 12 people in a party then search for like a hardcore/normal team deathmatch (like you can do in halo 3 for ranked big team and stuff i believe) but ok..

Best way to boost is in team tactical. Get 5 friends together and try to get domination to come up. The timer doesn't actually start until the first flag is catured - so don't capture any. Buddy up and with two people per flag and trade headshots. Do this until you want to stop.
