no they werent...youve destroyed 1-3 haloes in the halo games. theres 7. and cortana said (according to some people) "it will be a long time before they find them"

so no, there could be a halo 4. i for one would love for it to be about chief and cortana landing on the legendary ending planet and finding spartan 071 (he never died, according to some research i did when people were trying to figure out what the SI posts were about) which would be amazing. and like fight a new species, find some of the forerunner, then travel through space while fighting other ships and crash land on earth in the middl e of a huge battle, thus leading onto halo 5

that would be cool..

Actually only 1 ring was ever destroyed in the first game and then in halo 3 the same ring was rebuilt and then destroyed so only instalation 04 was ever destroyed

no cause in halo 2 one was destroyed and thats what 1. caused arbiter to have to wear the lowest armor in elite ranks and 2. made the elites come to the human side

he lost his ranks because masterchief blew up the first ring (04) from the first gameand in halo 2 they never destroyed the one there they left it when the covenant jumped to earth

I'm the same way Juicy J, but I was able to get into the first one...the second one was alright, and I just never could finish the third one...Although, once I get it I plan on finding some people to run through it in all difficulties so I can get the achievements, so hit me up guys!
