It appears that some older 360s are experiencing framerate issues, freezes and other problems. You have our word that we never experienced any of this in QA - in any of our offices or at Microsoft.
I am horrified, and we are now working around the clock to rectify this situation. Thanks to Neo-Gaf for bringing this matter to our attention. We love our games and put a huge amount of energy and care into making them all that they can be. We would never shove anything out the door - we never have and never will. We apologise to everyone affected for the inconvenience.
Respectfully,
Sam Houser

Bully having issue on the Xbox 360

Apparently, what I experienced the other day was not knew nor isolated. I was playing Bully: Scholarship Edition on my Xbox 360 Elite, when the game just froze up after completing the mission to peg the football players on the field. Well, Next-Gen has a piece that states that Bully is having frame rate, freezing and audio glitches in the edition that shipped. Apparently Rockstar is "horrified" at the issues, but the game is a port from the Playstation 2, so I'm not surprised. The statement from Sam Houser of Rockstar:

Well, hopefully they get it fixed soon. I have this game coming from Gamefly, and I don't want to have to wait it out to play it due to freezing issues.

It's obviously not an issue adherent to older 360s if you were experiencing problems on you Elite Z. Even if it's a PS2 port, Rockstar had plenty of time to get it together; Bully has been out on the PS2 for almost two years!
