the only problem with the time zone glitch is the dif week one. u have to get lucky and hit a break where "they" consider it to be a week. sun-mon dont always work. mine was a mon-tues. but if u try it every day u should have no problem getting it.

that's bc you have to do it on a monday so it goes between monday and tuesday for the week one. otherwise it'll never work.

360Voice adds it to your completion card if you have 1000/1000 in it... I think I still need 3-4 0 pointers for it, but it's on my completion card.
Also, for the committed achieve, you have to do it on a tuesday wednesday now for it to unlock, you only have to switch the timezones about 7-10 times for it to work as well...

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but do you have to do the glitch on a tuesday for just the month of September (last month), or is it true for the entire year. Meaning, since its October, does that mean that the glitch needs to be done on a different day of the week. I'm close to finishing this game up, so I want to give this a shot tomorrow.

It worked on a Tuesday/Wednesday for me. I did it Tuesday afternoon, after work, and it was switching between Tues and Wed. Should get the once a week for 16 weeks after about 7-10 time changes, and the 100 days after literally 100 changes.
