yeah thats like exactly what mine was doing and it did it for about 2-3 weeks then it stopped reading them completely

my 360 went down about 3 weeks ago, i will be back up this week, put in some serious overtime last week. some 50+ hours, and yes there was some 360 withdrawal, i can relate with ya'll i got the run around from xbox when i called them i had a first series 360 which was guaranteed the extended 3yrs, well they tried to tell me that my warranty expired in april, if it serves me right the 360 isn't quite 3 yrs yet, i think i got screwed somewhere.
