The server transfer has been made, and we're back online. Some people were able to get it sooner than others. I just got access to xboxohio.com a few hours ago, but I could still view the site through the root domain, but couldn't post. Some people may still not be able to view the website, but it shouldn't be much longer.

I think since the new domain DNS is updated at different times for different locations or connections, the xboxohio.com domain is not updated where the server is. I'll look into it in a bit.

Well it turned out to actully be a php library that the image functions require that wasn't on the new server. It's been installed by my host and all signatures are back.
