ok well, by now some of you mightve seen the trailer for Assassins Creed 2. well i saw it today, and noticed a few things. it showed a schematic drawing for the Hidden Blade that Altair uses alot in the first Assassin's Creed to take out guards, targets, or maybe random people in the streets (i know ive used it on a beggar or two...lol) and it also shows a preson and a skeleton of their left arm w/ the Hidden Blade on. Then it proceeds to show some man in that weird clock formation thing (but not the entire clock is filled) then that fades into the Creed's symbol and wings, which would represent eagle wings i presume, considering that game has alot of stuff about eagle's in it (the eagles on top of the high points, altair meaning "eagle", the achievement names, the eagle-like dive and call after synching a high point, etc) and at the end is some funny writing. well, judging by how weird my mind works, i quickly realized it says "Game Informer 04.16.09" which means this months GI mag will give info on AC2. anyone else excited for the game? the first one is excellent, and the AC series is going to be a trilogy, each in a diff time. the first was in a religious/medieval time, so who knows what the others might be. i hope they do one thats like, in the city. or like, have the modern-day character in ac1 (not altair, the guy who has altair in his dna memory or whatever) like break out of the lab and end up having to become an assassin? eh, who knows. gonna be awesome either way.

i didn't like the lab, and i hated the flags, but i really enjoyed the rest of the game.
i can't speculate too much on our new character.

i thought it was good game now seems there going 2 add swiwing and other pyhsics 2 the game which is suppossed 2 take place in italy the screenshots look good big article in game informer

yea that GI mag makes it look like AC2 is going to own. Italy during the Renaissance, it isnt the repetitive "find this dude, get mission to kill this guy, kill this guy, then return to this dude" its gon be crazy. plus the fact you get more fist-based attacking and can steal weapons sounds fun. 200+ side missions is gonna be crazy...
oh btw, in case any of you havent seen, flags are in here. BUT, they are also going to have some other collectible stuff ( i think i saw gold/statues and sometihng else) so maybe the flags wont be as much. but, supposedly these collectibles items also give an in-game bonus. sounds eh but....who knows
