Has anyone else tried this demo yet?

It kind of reminds me of the old Viewtiful Joe game. I tried it out yesterday and wow, I don't think I have died so many times in a five minute demo in my life.

I could not for the life of me figure out what I was doing wrong. Everytime I fell back into the world after dying I would fall onto another baddie and die all over again. It does seem like a very stress inducing game, but could be fun I suppose.

My son could not stop lauging at me trying to jump over that BFG beam that one of the bosses kept firing at me high and low.

I can't give a full review on this game as I have not purchased the whole version, so I hope someone else on here gives their opionion before I buy it.

I downloaded the full version before I even tried it and I really wish I hadn't. It's a mildly fun game, and I can see how you compare it to Viewtiful Joe (which was an awesome game). My only grip about it is that it's painfully difficult and sometimes I have no idea how to kill the bosses. I've been playing it on and off since I got it, and I got to the end of one stage and had no idea how to kill the boss. I tried all I could think of and got no where.

Basically, I really wish I had tried the trial version before downloading it. I can't let myself fall a victim to the hype machine again. I know a lot of people love this game, but it's just too tough for me to get into.

I did the buy before I try (as I have done with all the arcade games) I can say now, I wish I didn't as this one is just too difficult as it doesn't give you a clue on how to do anything and being able to die as soon as you are put back into the game is annoying
