honestly it seems like these stars are very wealthy and should have very good lawyers so to mis something like that in a contract would be a grossly incompitaint act on there behalf it seems like activision dose what they want to anyways so if they get sued whatever its there business if we lose activision due to there own stupidity and down write illegal acts who cares we have plenty of younger companies willing to fill there shoes i say this could be a good thing

I have to strongly disagree with you on that. These artists have nobody to blame but their lawyers and agents. If they didn't have $ $ in their eyes they would've read the wording of the contracts to the letter and imformed their clients of the possible loop holes that Activision could squeeze through. I hate Activision as much as the next guy and would love to see them get their asses sued but No Doubt and Courtney Love and whomever else signed the contract are a bunch of dipshits for signing with Activision in the first place.
