Does anyone know what to do if ur gamertag gets hacked my friends did and i need to help him get it back(i fell bad for him) So if anyone could help please tell!!!

Well, getting "hacked" usually is due to the person giving out their account information to someone else. So its not really hacked as much as stupidity.
In any event, they need to contact Xbox support and explain the situation to them. They are the only ones that can do anything.

It's not even considered as 'hacking'
That's basic stuff in which the password was figured out, given out, or matched something simple or basic that someone figured out about the victim.
