i think adding a 30% transparent shape to the top half would give it that reflective effect, also the letters should be a little more bold, otherwise looks great!

Download PAINT.net its free program that woks just like photoshop, although i prefer illustrator

I have a few guys that do professional logos and stuff for competitive teams for PC you usually get in contact with them through irc at gamesurge server, if interested let me know.. they also did my videos at www.youtube.com/thereallegacy - well the css ones, i tried to do the others haha
