ok so i get an elite right? but i took the hard drive out and used the one from my regular 360 but now since halo3 came out i want to change it back to the 120 gig and i try to recover my gamer tag and it says no new accounts can be created on this box because of family settings so then i try to go to the family settings and it says you must make a child profile to access the family settings does any one know what is wrong plz let me know

Why don't you just migrate the info from your 20 GB to your 120 GB?

Yeah, if you go to xbox.com and tell Microsoft you bought an Elite (I don't know exactly where on the site it is) they will send you a transfer cable for free to transfer everything over; or you could just go buy a memory card if you don't want to wait.
