I started at webtrickscentral.com when it was just a resource for web development. Now it's all oriented on the message board system wtcBB. (wtcBB is the core of this whole site, and message board) I started with HTML, which doesn't take long to learn. Then CSS, which is just used with HTML for presentation (the contest is for a CSS stylesheet), and finally PHP, a web programming language.

To start, just google search "html tutorial," pick one, and go through it. You don't need web space yet because you can just save everything on your hard drive and open them with your browser. Shoot me a message if you need any more assistance. I'd be happy to help.
