i just saw that my account gained 320 points 
Not sure when it happened, probably within the last few days, but checking xboxrewards confirms it was for the triple play and the april survey. 1080 points to date! Keep checking your accounts guys, it sucks that you couldn't check stats of online time tho, but i know i did well over the requirements ;p

Mine still aren't pending. I posted on the fourms on xbox.com and they said they would look into it. There are a ton of people like me who are saying they know for sure they met the requirements but didn't get the points. I'm pretty sure a lot of people are going to get screwed on this promotion, myself included. It's only 300 points, though that isn't the point, if you met the requirements then you should get your points.
